2. Services Provided

FREELANCE EXPERT LLC provides the following digital services:

• Social Media Content Design: Branded visual content assets for social media platforms
• Rebranding & Branding: Brand identity development, visual refresh, and brand direction systems

All services are subject to a clearly defined project scope agreed upon in writing before work commences. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be confirmed in a project agreement or invoice prior to payment.

3. Project Agreements and Scope

Each engagement begins with a written project scope that defines the deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work will not commence until the scope is approved and payment (or agreed deposit) is received.

Any changes to the agreed scope after project commencement may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines. Change requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by both parties before implementation.

4. Payment Terms

All services are priced and invoiced in USD (United States Dollar). Payment is required as specified in the project agreement — either in full or in agreed installments. Work begins upon receipt of cleared payment.

• Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

All payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe. FREELANCE EXPERT LLC does not store or process payment card information directly. All payments are non-transferable and tied to the specific project scope agreed.

5. Refund Policy

FREELANCE EXPERT LLC offers a 14-day refund window from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@freelance-expert-llc.com within 14 days of the original payment date
• If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued within a reasonable processing timeframe
• If work has commenced, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the proportion of work completed and deliverables already provided
• Completed and delivered work that has been approved or accepted by the client is not eligible for a refund
• Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests after scope approval and project commencement

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days for PayPal and Stripe transactions).

6. Delivery and Timelines

Standard delivery timelines for our services are as follows:

• Website Creation: Approximately 1 week
• Mobile App Development: Approximately 2 weeks
• Social Media Content Design: Approximately 1 week
• Rebranding & Branding: Approximately 10 days

Final delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope complexity, number of revisions requested, content readiness from the client, and client response time. Any significant timeline changes will be communicated proactively. Timelines listed are estimates and do not constitute contractual guarantees unless explicitly confirmed in a written project agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project scope. This includes all custom-designed assets, code, and materials created specifically for the client's project.

FREELANCE EXPERT LLC retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies, or intellectual property used in the creation of deliverables, except where explicitly transferred in writing. Third-party assets, libraries, or licensed materials incorporated into deliverables remain subject to their respective licenses.

FREELANCE EXPERT LLC reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
• Providing necessary content, assets, and access required for the project
• Communicating feedback and change requests clearly and in writing
• Making payments as agreed in the project scope

Delays caused by client non-responsiveness, late content delivery, or scope changes may result in revised delivery timelines. FREELANCE EXPERT LLC is not liable for delays resulting from client-side factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FREELANCE EXPERT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

FREELANCE EXPERT LLC warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with the agreed project scope. We do not warrant that deliverables will be error-free or that results will meet specific business performance targets beyond the scope of agreed deliverables.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in a written project agreement.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any confidential business information exchanged during the course of a project engagement with reasonable confidentiality. This includes project details, business strategies, and proprietary information shared for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, payment will be owed for all work completed up to the date of termination. In the event of termination by FREELANCE EXPERT LLC, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any written project agreement or scope document, constitute the entire agreement between you and FREELANCE EXPERT LLC regarding the subject matter herein and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
